Five nights at Freddy's is a highly-acclaimed indie point and click adventure game produced and published by Scott Cawthon of Fullbright. It is his fourth installment from the Five Nights In Freddy's series. This time around, you will find three teenagers - Jason (Dylan Minnette), Billy (Ben Myers), and Freddy (Nathan Fillion) who have only gotten a job in the Freddy Fazbear's Pizza outlet in Fazbear City. The very first night, they are about to go on a visit to the park where Freddy runs his restaurant. Freddy is a fan of films like"A Nightmare On Elm Street", so he is looking forward to seeing it again.
After settling their money, they head outside to Freddy's Pizza on the night he is advised to begin his show. They are dressed up to impress, as Freddy is a very famous artist. The doors of the office are open, but as Jason and Billy rush in, Freddy catches them. Jason and Billy operate out, while Freddy opens the doors of his office. Inside, Freddy takes off his mask, revealing his true identity - Freddy Kruger.
Freddy immediately starts to attack Jason and Billy. Freddy uses his magic powers to turn people to stone or to make other things go on their own - such as a truck in front of Jason. He also makes Jason feel sick. Freddy also utilizes his ability to restrain people, such as when he gets freddy games 4 Jason believes he's having a heart attack.
Freddy is much more frightening when he touches Jason, turning him into a skeleton. Jason is able to fight back, however, by using his unique powers of telekinesis and his voice. Jason manages to grab Freddy, but Freddy uses his ability to throw Jason into another dimension. Jason gets his memory back and heads straight back to Freddy's Pizza.
However, Freddy comes with an ulterior motive - to get back at Jason and Billy for kidnapping him and breaking his soul. If Jason kills Billy or Jason, he'll get a trophy. So, Jason and Billy visit the pizzeria to find their killer...
Five nights in Freddy's turns the regular point and click action sport from the last games into a full-blown horror experience. The images are amazing. The sound is great. The voice acting is excellent. But, there are some glitches in the storyline.
Freddy is always around, but he never attacks Jason or Billy. Freddy is merely a background character. Jason and Billy find out that the animatronic dolls are actually fake, which Freddy has a grudge against them. Jason and Billy have to find out what happened to Freddy and stop him before it's too late.
While the story of Five Nights at Freddy's is a fascinating one, it may not be the best person about. Due to the way the game was put together, the events that happen may appear unnecessary or confusing at first. But as soon as the narrative and the figures are clarified and the storyline starts to fall into place, the game begins to make sense.
